1. WHAT IS HEARTFELT MAGNETS?

We are a small family owned business located in Wallingford, CT. We are passionate about turning your fun and cherished memories in to custom photo magnet keepsakes.

      2. HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?

We ship out new orders within 1-2 business days, and we send all packages via UPS or USPS so typically they'll reach their final destination in less than a week within the USA. It can take longer during holiday season or if the amount of orders is larger than usual. Expedited service is also available as an option during checkout.

      3. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email, please let us know using our contact us form. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.
